Marcy Colclough, Senior Planner, Southwest Michigan Planning Commission

M.S., Environmental Science, Miami University, Ohio

B.S., Biology and Environmental Studies, Ohio Northern University

Ms. Colclough has over 13 years of experience working with municipalities and community groups in southwest Michigan. She has a wealth of experience writing master and recreation plans, facilitating planning processes, and developing grants and implementing projects in the areas of watershed planning, economic development, and recreation. She has developed a track record of implementing successful projects which have improved the quality of life in the southwest Michigan region.

An evaluation of the successful Barry-Eaton District Health Department's Time Of Sale or Transfer (TOST) well and septic system inspection program which ensures safe drinking water and adequate disposal of sewage for premises served by on-site water supply and/or sewage systems.

Eric Pessell, Director Barry-Eaton Health Department

Mr. Pessell has 18 years of public health experience including 12 years in administration. He is two time past president of the Michigan Association of Local Health Administrators, technical chair of the National Environmental Health Association and current and past member of several boards and task forces.

8:15 pm: And then there were Rivers... a light and lively look at the geologic history of southwest Michigan for the last 9,752 years.

Chuck Nelson, Director of the Sarett Nature Center since 1971.

B.S. and M.S. from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

Mr. Nelson's past experience includes weather observer for the United States Air Force, naturalist for Mt. Rainier and University of Wisconsin Arboretum.
