TRC Overview and Accomplishments
Marcy Colclough, Senior Planner, Southwest Michigan Planning Commission

Ms. Colclough has over 11 years of experience working with municipalities and community groups in southwest Michigan. She has a wealth of experience writing master and recreation plans, facilitating planning processes, and developing grants and implementing projects in the areas of watershed planning, economic development, and recreation. She has developed a track record of implementing successful projects which have improved the quality of life in the southwest Michigan region.

Dr. Koretsky's research interests include Biogeochemistry of Aquatic Environments, Mineral Surface Geochemistry, and Thermodynamic Properties of Aqueous Metal-Organic Complexes.

Mr. Kogge provides technical oversight and expertise to JFNew's wetland and regulatory services projects where he assists in wetland assessments, delineations, mitigation designs, ecological restorations, endangered species surveys, and fisheries and aquatic assessments.
